Q: What do I need to supply? A: You’ll need to supply a complete change of clothes, diapers, wipes, and any diaper cream. I provide 2% milk, but if your child needs a different type, please supply that, along with any formula or baby snacks. If your child uses a security item for naps, please send it along as well.
Q: How do I know what my child did/ate during the day? A: To make communication easier, I use an app called Brightwheel to send daily reports that include meals, bathroom breaks, naps, and notes, along with photos. This app is free to download, and I’ll send you a link after your registration is complete.
Q: Do you post photos of my child(ren) online or in advertising? A: I post photos in a private Facebook group for current families and sometimes via the Brightwheel app, email, or text. I also post photos for advertising, but faces are always blurred or blocked for privacy. Photos for advertising will not include your child’s name. Q: Why did you choose to run a day home? A: I love children! I enjoy sharing in their accomplishments, helping them learn, and preparing them for kindergarten. Being able to work from home and care for other people’s children is a true privilege and something I’m passionate about. I feel blessed to do this every day!
